Sentech, a Portfolio Company of Astor Place Holdings, Acquires the Assets of Xensor, LLC
WILLOW GROVE, PA—Sentech, Inc. (“Sentech”), a manufacturer of position sensor solutions, has announced the acquisition of the assets of Xensor, LLC (“Xensor”).
Established in 1965 and based in Hatfield, Pennsylvania, Xensor designs and manufactures motion sensors primarily used in factory automation and general industrial applications.
The acquisition reinforces Sentech’s commitment to grow its industrial portfolio by expanding innovative solutions to its global customer base. Xensor brings to Sentech a wealth of expertise in numerous magnetic position technologies including Hall Effect, Inductive Pickup, and Proximity sensors. By integrating Xensor’s capabilities into its own, Sentech aims to further solidify its position as a leader in state-of-the-art sensor technologies.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed. The businesses expect to consolidate operations in Sentech’s Willow Grove, PA facility in the second quarter of 2024.
